Pretty much all his skill mods are perfect too for this build. He’s got every BEST mod for EQ, Impale, and Gravity Leap.
We only need leap for the debuff and utility. It also adds to his tankiness too, though, since he can float in the air invincible if he wants too as well.
We only have the damage mods, extra use mods, for EQ and Impale,
Impale could be better but it requires a TON OF MODS to max. I think I picked only the best ones for it to balance it as still fun and useful while allowing him to still use EQ more (which is better), get the better overall damage mods like Captain Hunter and Anonaly Echo, and still get the best relevant tank related mods.
Same for the skill trees. Pax is the usual meta but we gave up on COMPLETELY maxing anomaly power in main to still obtain the best tank skill nods.
More health = more shield = even more shield/health regen off skill leech. That’s why I went partially down the middle.
I even picked up health regen over armor, because Protected by the Anonaly node combined with Anomaly Echo mod ALONE maxes his damage mitigation off armor anyway.
The one resistance node from the middle tree combined with Skilled Sentry and Ascension points gives him 50% resistance at all times to which is good.
But 80% resistance is the CAP for max anomaly damage mitigation. Once I get his final mod Circle of Power, he will reach that cap having both max armor and resistance always. But in the mean time, Vaccinated is better than nothing since virtually every hard hitting attack in game inflicts some sort of status on you. Vaccinated is one of those mediocre tank mods not as good as others like Damage Absorber, Circle of Power and Self Medication (top 3 in that order imo) but it’s still useful at least to use in mean time.

I just started playing this game today i play it before but not finished played just in gamepass now i bought game complete edition nice to see peoples still making builds for this game i play first descendant and im borred of it looking for games like that 😊

idk if youre doing dev too, but i enjoy all the classes now. If you play others, tricksters still most fun imo lol

I gave first Descendant a chance playing for months and building my own super tank Ajax various builds and tank versions of a bunny, etc that were OP.
But I rage quit finally and never went back. I got so tired of (1) The endless CHANGES constantly FORCING REGRINDS in that game (I’m sure my OP shield build Ajax no longer exists now yes?) and then (2) The grinding itself you’re forced to do is BORING…so SO boring…forcing you to play the same mission literally a thousand times to get the next mediocre “ultimate.”
Definitely glad I quit that game. And of course they clearly cared about ripping off people with $100 pornhub inspired skins over delivering real content.
At least the fact the devs are done with Outriders means players have total freedom in it now lol
