I know you primarily make content using vanilla pieces, I mentioned on another vid to use modded build pieces, I just really think you would enjoy yourself having more options my dude. Especially comfy gizmo where you have a massive amount of rotation angles to choose from. It’s really cool to build bridges and such with comfy gizmo bc it allows the builder to achieve much softer angles. Pretty soon I’ll be begging you to use it 😅

@@simsekblog for sure brother, believe me I get it. For real your talent is wild, I couldn’t imagine what you’d be able to do with comfy gizmo, even if you just tried it and didn’t make vids with it, it’s really fun to be able to spin all the pieces on 3 different axis’s

Although I really enjoy your builds, since we have the option of simply ruling out raids, this kind of raid-proof builds are kinda waste of time. And bats still can spawn over water.
Against roaming enemies, a moat and a dirt wall can do most of the job before killing the Queen - and after that we can add the Shield Generator to the defenses.
Now, to continue the cons: shipping all the necessary building materials to the island quickly becomes a pain the back. Even with the use of portals. You just simply can't jump out to collect some more wood or stone...

@@Inkinred I meant raid-proofing a base being waste of time, not the building itself. :)
I myself built four or five bases on tiny islands, probably more - in vanilla Valheim, survival mode. It took a lot of time to haul all the mats needed, because those were not available locally. And then I unlocked the Cauldron event, and bats were everywhere - despite any effort of raid-proofing.
So, if raids annoy or frighten you, it's better to simply turn them off - and that's it.

Dude is being creative and showing people different ways to do things… how is it not obvious that these builds are not specifically designed for a progression based game? He enjoys building different things and sharing the ideas. It’s like painting, or sculpting rather.
