At this point, they may add a trader in each biome. We got Hildr in the Meadows and Haldor in the Black Forest. Now we get Helga in the Swamp.
As to what she would sell, I'm thinking maybe boons and charms. But the "cursed" kind, as in, a big buff coupled with a debuff. Like, +150%stam regen/ -50%HP&Eitr regen.
Stuff like that.
If they DO implement some kind of charm system thibg, I'm guessing it's gonna take the utility slot where the belt and wishbone would be.
At least that'd be the easiest way to implement it.

I’ve just started playing valheim this month, I’m on day 48 and just got the fermenter up and going, I’m excited to see the game is still being updated with new bits and hasn’t been forgotten about

Well, the blue runes look like a combination of "Hagall" and "Nauðr" in Younger Futhark.
Hagall means "hail," as in the ice, and Nauðr means "need" but is also thought of as a beer-rune.
Clearly this NPC sells ice cold beer in the swamp, and I'm all for that.

Looks like it would be a witch. Not sure what affect isn't already mitigated by current potions, boss powers or armor pieces. Have to think about it a bit...

its a safe space to run to in a swamp, when fighting a boss, being overrun with mobs etc, so could be useful for newbs

@@NickRawcliffeman I hated using the magic in ashlands, died left and right and was constantly out of eityr and stamina and just so squishy. Doing so much better with melee again.

300 hours with 3 friends, all quit at ashlands about a month ago. I called it when I got pushed into lava deep in ashlands trying to find a new charred fortess.

The latest update includes lots of nerfs for mobs in the Ashlands. Should be much easier now.
