It just feels cowardly. Do it mid-match like a man. Hell, do it post-match but after doing it mid-match, at least then you're being consistent.
I honestly don't mind the cowards being banned. Those kinds of people sour the game anyway.

It should have been in the game at LAUNCH. So if they just added this what have the game mode designers been working on for 5 years now? Wat was the Coalition hired to do? Where's the transparency? At this point 343 could have had half the company replaced by any neckbeard with a laptop if all they do is outsource everything and do microupdates. What did The Coalition run out of ideas? What's next Assault? Griffball? Invasion mode? Warzone? We don't even have a action sack playlist why do we need more sweatfest modes when no one is left playing infinite but sweat lords.
