I would much rather see Grifball (or a proper dev‘made version of Juggernaut) come to the game and stay.
It really bothers me that Juggernaut is a playlist for a couple of weeks then it’s not permanently added to rumble pit — and that VIP is available for a couple weeks, but then nowhere to be seen in the quick play list. Just give us the game modes 343!!!

343 is not Bungie... i dont think they will ever reach that kind of level, but i re-downloaded Infinite the other day, and I have had so much fun playing it.
Sure, it's not Halo Reach, Halo 3, or Halo 2, but it's still a good game, i think Halo is meant to be played with friends.

It seems so dumb that multiplayer isn't red vs blue teams. You would just have 2 preferences for your armour depending on which team you are on per game. It's not rocket science.
I don't think Halo CANNOT thrive under 343i, but the rot is too deep for it to not take a decade to work out. The people up top are not in it for the franchise and that attitude has effected the recruitment for years. Anyone who sneaked through the cracks isn't able to do anything positive. It's sad because all the tools are there, but the franchise is being torn to shreds by the insistence on appealing to "as big an audience as possible". Which just doesn't work today. They needed to keep the fans they had and then more would come if you kept the game healthy.
(and the less said about the show, the better... Jesus christ)

At this point, I really don’t care about most of the BS, I just want a Ranked Arena refresh. A weapons switch up and bring in a few of the Slayer maps for Odd Ball of capture the flag. Why is it so hard for them to do this??

A few things, I think Champion ranks is just not a priority and/or that 343 doesn't care that much cause it doesn't affect very many people. Also, tickets closing automatically makes sense to me, especially since they tell you straight up. If you didn't realize that's how it works, you're completely ignorant. It reduces the amount of spam tickets if they close automatically and shows 343 that you actually care about the bug if you keep replying.

I put in a report recently because I ran into a new issue where my Mouse literally stopped working on the entirety of the Halo.exe application until I restarted it. I believe it has to do with the Nvidia Overlay. This should be a fix capable of being done on 343's end as 343 could add a button to redetect/calibrate the mouse. I reported the issue to both Nvidia AND 343 and 343 told me that because I wasnt running the latest drivers I should update them to the latest version and see if the issue remains... I was 1 update behind, and Graphics Drivers are not going to cause my Mouse to not work in one application specifically...
343 Support has just prevented a serious bug report from getting processed immediately because I was on Driver 560.81 instead of 560.94... Incredible!

Ive went from almost daily play to just trying to finish up the last 30ish achievements i have left on MCC, playing only a few hours a month. Cant see me playing it at all after those are done. I reported a player manipulating their stats by going AFK for 10+ matches in a row and showed their halotracker match history (because 343 doesn't offer any profile tools) as proof and my report was denied because I didn't include video evidence. Guy is out here ruining the matches of the few remaining players they have and they don't care. People will defend the behavior, but when I just want to hop on for only 2-3 matches for the day after work and they're all matches with quitters/AFKers/griefers it makes me not want to play their game. It's extremely disappointing.

It's definitely problems at 343i. I doubt anyone at Microsoft wanted to intentionally sabotage Halo, one of the most valuable IP they have. Even when the games aren't doing so well, it still makes a good amount of money in merch and book sales. People also still really enjoy the Bungie games, and for good reason because they hold up remarkably well.
343i has their moments and the games they've made aren't bad in a vacuum; but they're a horribly mismanaged company with conflicting visions of what Halo is and which direction it should take. They need permanent people at the helm who love, respect, and truly understand the old games, not groups of contractors who only have a year at the company with trend-chasing shareholders calling the shots.

I’m a vet and and I had a long conversation with the vets that work their and basically explained it as they are aware of the hacking and how the community feels about the status of Halo. They are working to make it right. I’ve been playing for 20+ years and I could tell some of these people really do love this game and that they are trying.

I find it really interesting how I haven't played this game properly since forge released, nothing 343 has done has enticed me to come back, and yet here I am constantly watching mintblitz videos about halo. It's as if I'm just here to watch the shitshow unfold every week and see what new cookery has gone on at 343.

Each Infinite update feels like a hodgepodge of random things with no thread that ties it all together. And that makes me think that maybe they are literally throwing things together for the sake of releasing something rather than nothing. The last update that had a cohesive theme was Spirit of Fire. Since then it has just felt random and disjointed.
