With the new halo on the horizon, what are your thoughts on removing the un-aim mechanic when taking fire?
I'd like to see them remove it, or add a toggle.

Pretty rough trying to play Infinite if you're in OCE. I'd hazard a guess that 80% of the games are on 200+ ping and 19% are on 150+ with only a handful of games on less than 40 ping.
Would be nice if there was an active player count per region per playlist that you could see where the interest was without queueing for ridiculous amounts of time.
Side note: Also wish that the colour coating customisation was a thing... Unlock or pay your way to getting that colour that you could then apply to your armour pieces that you want. Would've been dope. Definitely would have been the most customisable game.
Haven't run into too many cheaters but I have no doubt that they do exist and will always be a problem for FPS games so hopefully the devs don't just "let it happen" and make an effort to snuff the buggers out!

I agree with this whole video but I do have to correct you about one thing. The reason people say that Halo ended with Halo 3 or Halo Reach isn't actually because of the feature complete game at launch thing. Sadly it's because the direction 343 took story-wise with Halo 4 and Halo 5 is like a fever dream and almost feels like an alternate Halo timeline instead of a proper sequel trilogy.

The game died because of Reach because of Sprint alone, there's many other things but solely sprint addition changed what Halo was. Everything else is just the destructive cake on top.

To be honest, I've been a fan of Halo since 2002 when I first played Halo CE at my friend's house as a child. It's by far my favourite IP and franchise, and I have never resonated with 343i's games. No, not even Halo 4, and by god did I try when I first played Halo 4. The tweet mentioned in this video sounds more like cope, like they're trying to distance the criticism and complaints to be like "Well, those people who say Halo died with Reach aren't real Halo fans like me. Having a pistol start in one shot slayer would make more sense than having a mangler, considering the aim assist on the mangler is up there with the Halo 4 beam rifle. A pistol actually requires some skill and is more fun to use imo. The mangler is just a cheesy weapon for easy dopamine for those with no thumbs.

I'm convinced the game will not register shots or spawn you in the worst spots just to screw you over to try its best to maintain the 50% gambling experience. Also, what the hell were they thinking with buffing dinos? Those things are so cheesy now. Hammers gotta go, the super needler on the prism map's gotta go, swords gotta go. Those weapons disrupt high level lobbies and have no business being in them. They should be in BTB or fiesta only, or get a massive nerf. There's so much obviously wrong with the game and it infuriates me people are probably paid a lot of money to make the worst decisions.

Fundamentally a poorly designed mode. I love this game to the bones, but making this mode a Team-Based mode is just a terrible decision from a game-design perspective. If you factor in team-shooting and how much information players get from being on a team even without communication, it makes no sense as a mode.

Halo Infinite looks so muddy and bland. Everything in it looks so stiff and all the action looks so weak. It's amazing how much better halo 3 looks.
