CE Remake being probably 2028 fits "Halo Studios" slow ahh timeline, campaign only with a featured Halo infinite CE playlist all forge maps. The actual new halo will almost certainly be 2031 so they can call Infinite that elusive 10 year game. Idk who they payin over there to come up with this stuff but they need fired.

Regarding the CE remake - that’s even assuming it has a multiplayer portion to it. If it doesn’t, which I’m kinda doubting it will have one, Infinite will still be “The Halo Multiplayer Experience” until the next multiplayer experience comes it. I’ve kinda wondered if they were saving a whole bunch of new stuff for the CE remake, and then they’ll have a big update to Infinite to make it a side/by-side thing. CE Remake for Campaign/Unreal experience, Infinite MP for the classic Halo MP.

@@coleG112 Okay yeah, I get the idea but implemented well I guess. Even the Halo 5 carbine had a variant that fired needles. That was fun in firefight, that made more sense than a banished FRG that somehow looks covenant and spins for no other reason than cheap.

Ngl I’d be okay with more kitbashed weapons 😅 A DMR that shoots nerfed Stalker rounds as a Carbine, an AR that shoots Pulse or Ravager shots as a Brute/Plasma Rifle, an Evo that shoots needles as a Needle Rifle… They’re all functionally the same, so as long as the weapon model fits well enough, which the Fuel Rod def didn’t imo, I’m okay with it

I like halo infinite but because I play other shooters at higher sensitivity I just cannot deal with how slow and stiff Halo’s aiming is by comparison. It’s unfathomable that this many years on they still have not patched it.
